BTST / STBT Strategies
The idea is to enter the trade near close of the market hours around 3:15 PM and exit the trade after open around 9:20 AM the next morning. The holding period is overnight, allowing traders to take advantage of overnight momentum and gap-up/down openings.
BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow): Purchase stocks before market close and sell them the next morning, capturing overnight price movements.
STBT (Sell Today, Buy Tomorrow): Short sell before market close and cover the next morning, profiting from overnight downward moves.
